How long does an average TotalTech session last? The average online support session lasts anywhere from 25 to 45 minutes. How am I billed for TotalTech Services? The technician will ask for your credit card, billing address and security code appointed to the card, and authorize it for your requested service price. When the service is completed successfully, your credit card is billed for the service provided. If you are not completely satisfied, or if the repair was not successful, you pay nothing. All transactions are performed internally by our trained staff, and we do not share your personal information with anyone.
